Winemaking: After the manual late harvest, the grapes are left to dry in straw racks. As soon as the desired level of colour and sugar concentration is reached, traditional red vinification is carried out at a controlled temperature. After the vinification, the wine ages for about 3 – 4 months in wooden barrels.

Description: The bouquet is generous, with pleasant notes of vibrant red berries, cherry, blueberry and plum. On the palate it is harmonious, warm, round and well balanced with elegant velvety tannins.
