About Domaine Les Yeuses: Domaine Les Yeuses has been owned by brothers Jean-Paul and Michel Dardé for over 30 years. It was built during the 13th century by the Order of the Templars on the site of a Roman villa on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Mediterranean The Domaine owes its name to a local forest of oak trees or “les Yeuses” in the local dialect. The vineyard, covering more than 80 hectares, lies on gently sloping hills of calcerous soil which enjoy the full benefits of maritime influence. Its unique position makes it ideally suited to growing a wide selection of grape varieties for which the vineyard is well renowned and for producing wines with notable freshness and aromatic fruit.
