About Costers Del Sió : In 1992 the family Porcioles-Buixó acquired the property.With the help of friends and family, in 1998 planting is done by hand for the first vineyard. In 2005 the first harvest takes place in existing facilities that give as a result the first wines: Alto Sios, Viña Sios red and rosé. In 2014 the family took another step and added the sparkling Siós Brut Blanc de Noir and Siós Brut Rosé to their portfolio.

Description : Complex aromas of mature dark fruit and liquorice, combined with coffee, vanilla and balsamic from the barrel ageing. The mouth feel is smooth and velvety with balanced acidity and mature tannins with a generous finish.

Vineyard : Organically farmed from the lowest producing vineyards.
