Description: Made in collaboration with 3 Michelin star chef, Juan Mari Arzak.  White fruit aromas of pear and apple interlaced with tropical fruits and subtle notes of redcurrants and pomegranate. Very lively on the mouth. Well balanced, silky and long finish.
