About Costers Del Sió : In 1992 the family Porcioles-Buixó acquired the property.With the help of friends and family, in 1998 planting is done by hand for the first vineyard. In 2005 the first harvest takes place in existing facilities that give as a result the first wines: Alto Sios, Viña Sios red and rosé. In 2014 the family took another step and added the sparkling Siós Brut Blanc de Noir and Siós Brut Rosé to their portfolio.

Description : 70% Viognier, 30% Macabeo. A fresh and penetrating aroma with notes of peach and tropical fruits, and a lovely floral background. Displays a mouth-filling structure and complexity, a balanced finish and refreshing acidity.

Vineyard : Organically farmed in the coolest areas of shallow silt-loam soil.
