Description: Made in collaboration with 3 Michelin star chef, Juan Mari Arzak.  Very fruity notes of white fruit, pomegranate, cherry and strawberry with a delicate floral finish. Smooth, balanced and with a lively character and persistance which defies the wines delicate appearance.
